Government fees, taxes, permits, translations, courier services, and any additional official expenses are not included unless explicitly stated in writing.
If an Exit Permit (Permiso de Salida y Regreso) becomes necessary during the immigration process, the corresponding government fee and service fee will be charged separately and are not included in the original service fee.
Clients are responsible for attending all appointments on time and with the required documentation. Delays, missed appointments, or incomplete documentation may affect the outcome or timing of the process.
Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the information and documents provided. Any false, misleading, altered, or incomplete information releases Yes to Mex from any responsibility regarding delays, denials, cancellations, fines, or future immigration issues.
Immigration laws, regulations, fees, and government requirements may change without prior notice. Yes to Mex is not responsible for changes made by government authorities after a process has started.
Our services consist of guidance, preparation, and accompaniment throughout the immigration process. Final decisions are always made exclusively by Mexican government authorities.
Clients acknowledge that failure to comply with immigration regulations, deadlines, or government requests may result in delays, fines, denials, or cancellation of immigration benefits.
Refunds are not applicable once government procedures, appointments, submissions, or administrative work have started, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Yes to Mex is not responsible for missed flights, travel expenses, hotel reservations, work interruptions, or other indirect costs resulting from government delays or immigration decisions.
Additional services requested outside the original scope of service may generate additional fees.
Communication with clients will be conducted through the official communication channels provided by Yes to Mex. Clients are responsible for reviewing updates, requests, and instructions sent by our team in a timely manner.
